Youth Athletic Foundations Program
(Ages 5–10)
January - March 2026
The Youth Athletic Foundations Program is a structured physical education program designed to help children build strong movement skills that support all sports and activities.
Rather than focusing on competition or early specialization, this program emphasizes balance, coordination, jumping, catching, agility, and body control — the core building blocks of athleticism that many kids miss.
Hosted at Murphy and Cimarron Rec Centers, the program provides a safe, consistent space for kids to move, learn, and grow during the winter season.
