CHAMP Athletics is proud to partner with 3Di Athletics and Coach Omar to bring an exciting Winter Soccer & Basketball Clinic designed for beginner to intermediate athletes. Coach Omar isn’t just a respected coach—he’s also a friend, and through our shared experiences we discovered that our values around athlete development, confidence-building, and positive coaching align seamlessly. That shared vision made this winter partnership a natural fit.

This clinic focuses on:

• Skill development

• Fundamentals

• Fun in a structured and supportive environment

Athletes will work on core soccer and basketball skills, coordination, decision-making, and game understanding while building confidence.

To ensure the best experience for every participant, kids will be grouped by age and skill level, allowing for targeted instruction and meaningful progression.

Boys and girls above the age of 10 will be separated into different groups. To ensure an environment most pleasing to God and in line with our faith, the teachers of Coach Zakariya have recommended girls over the age of 10 to wear proper hijab.

Equipment requirements:

The clinic will take place on a basketball gym floor. It is highly encouraged to wear soccer specific footwear. If that is not possible, then wear an athletic shoe and on rainy days please do not walk into the gym with wet shoes. Change into your athletic shoes once inside.

Additionally, it is encouraged to bring a soccer ball to maximize the amount of touches on the ball.
