Weekly athletic classes for sisters 11-14 years old starting October 21, 2026

Sisters Athletics Class

Sisters Athletics Class

a weekly athletics class offered for sisters looking for movement, fun, and sports!

A healthy body builds a stronger mind — and our daughters need both.

Many of our girls spend hours in chairs, at desks, and in front of screens. Our preservers of Quran may dedicate 5+ hours a day to memorizing Allah's words — but research shows that physical movement directly strengthens memory, focus, and cognitive development. A body that moves well learns better.

Sisters Athletics is more than a soccer class. It's a weekly hour designed to strengthen your daughter's body, sharpen her mind, and surround her with sisters who share her values — in an environment where faith and fitness belong together.

Session 1: Soccer

Sisters Athletics is an athletic class for middle school girls ages 11-14 (grades 6–8) of all experience and fitness levels. Each session spotlights a different sport, and our first 4-week session focuses on soccer.

Every class builds endurance, strength, speed, and coordination, then puts it into action through soccer skills, drills, and small-sided games. Whether she's never played or already loves the game, we'll meet her where she is and help her grow. In a positive, welcoming environment, girls will challenge themselves, support one another, and build confidence and a lasting love for fitness.

Program Philosophy

The Youth Athletic Foundations Program is an uniquely structured physical education program specially designed to nurture a child’s physical and spiritual development.

Physical Development

This program builds strong movement skills that support all sports and activities. Rather than focusing on competition or early specialization, this program emphasizes an array of fundamental athletic skills that include balance, coordination, jumping, catching, agility, and body control — the core building blocks of athleticism that all kids need.

Spiritual Development

This program is rooted in principles of faith. Islam is not only learned in mosques and at school, but in athletics too. Every participant gains exposure to what is means to be a good teammate, how to be trustworthy, they learn about discipline and what it means to develop good character. Every class ends with a message of the day that instills an akhirah-centric mindset in every child.

FAQs

What if my child is new to athletics and sports?

1

That’s completely okay — many of our athletes are beginners.

CHAMP Athletics focuses on foundational athletic development, which means we teach the core skills every young athlete needs: coordination, balance, agility, ball control, and confidence.

Our sessions are structured to meet athletes at their current level while gradually building skill and understanding each week. We emphasize encouragement, effort, and proper technique — not pressure.

New players are welcome, and we love helping kids fall in love with something that can get them outdoors.

What happens if a training is canceled?

2

In the event of severe weather, facility issues, or coach illness, a session may be canceled. We will make every effort to reschedule.
